Really useful tip about not using boiling water with valerian….didn’t know that. Might also be worth noting to keep the valerian ‘tea’ away from your cats! It works on some cats like catnip and they’ll try and roll in it, and when they get all wet, they’ll look very surprised and rather cross! Also, there’s hundreads of varieties of passion flower; which are the most useful?
